DEVELOP · NEXT STEPS
Baptism.
Baptism declares to the world that you've trusted Jesus, joined God's family, and made a commitment to follow Him. If you've never been baptized after salvation, this is your first step. Baptism pictures Christ coming to earth, dying on a Roman cross, being placed in a grave, and rising on the third day.

WHY IT MATTERS
A public yes to the One who already said yes to you.
Baptism doesn't save you, Jesus does. But it's the first thing He asks of a new follower, and it's pretty special: a moment where you say out loud, in front of the family that just claimed you, that you belong to Him now.
Going under the water and rising back up tells His story with your own body. He died, He was buried, He rose. So do we, into a new life that starts the day you trust Him.
