You're Welcome Here

What to Expect on a Sunday.

Six things you'll find on any given Sunday at Discovery. None of them are flashy. All of them are on purpose.

  • Smiling Faces

From the parking lot to the auditorium, our Home Team is here to guide you and answer any questions you have.

  • Fresh Coffee

Discovery Coffee Shop is open from 8:00AM - 10:15AM every Sunday at our Fort Pierce campus. All proceeds benefit the mission organization of the month.

  • Personal Connection

Stop by our Next Step area. We have a gift for you and a team of people to help you navigate your first steps.

  • Engaging and Christ-Centered Worship

Live music from Discovery Music with songs that glorify Jesus. We sing a mix of old songs and new songs.

  • Biblical Teaching

Live preaching from Pastor Tim or one of our teaching pastors, and both campuses teach through the same passage each Sunday. The sermon is broadcast on our website live.

  • Casual Dress

We're not a dress-up kind of crowd. Most people wear casual attire, but please wear whatever makes you comfortable.

The Younger Generation

Partnering with parents to raise the next generation.

The Younger Generation is one of our four values, and it's the reason we pour into kids and students on Sundays and Wednesdays. We provide safe, clean, and fun environments where kids and students learn about Jesus on their level, for birth through 5th grade (Discovery Kids) and middle and high school (Discovery Youth). Bring your family. Find out more below.

The Reason We Gather

Our mission is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

It's the line that drives every decision we make: the songs we sing, the sermons we preach, the kids we teach, the leaders we send. If you ever wonder what we're doing on a Sunday morning, this is it.

Senior Pastor

Pastor Tim O'Carroll

Tim and Audra planted Discovery in late 2008 when Tim finally surrendered to God's call to join the movement Jesus started two thousand years ago. It began with ten people meeting in a home on Sunday evenings to pray, study Scripture, and lay the foundation for a church that would reach the Treasure Coast. Most Sundays you'll find Tim behind the pulpit at our Fort Pierce Campus.

Next Steps

Everyone Has a Next Step.

Everyone has a next step. No matter who you are or where you've been, you have a next step. Maybe it's coming to a Sunday for the first time. Maybe it's meeting Jesus. Maybe it's something quieter: a question you've never said out loud. Maybe it's joining us this Sunday. Would you consider that next step today?
